I am a trained Environmenstrual Ambassador for Wen (Women’s Environmental Network)’s Environmenstrual Campaign, working independently and in partnership with Frome Town Council to raise awareness about Plastic Free Periods.
I can offer live or online, sustainable menstruation workshops to schools/universities/ organisations/community groups.
Please do get in touch if a group in your community would benefit from an educational workshop exploring the social, environmental, and health impacts of menstruation.
Environmenstrual workshops enable participants to have access to all the information they need to make informed choices about which menstrual products to use. We explore the pros and cons of disposable and reusable menstrual products and build period confidence with our interactive #PeriodAction activities. Participants will begin to think critically about the environmental and health impacts of menstrual products, and break down the period taboo.
Workshops are tailored for secondary school age and above.
