What is O Nidra?
O Nidra is a lying down meditation practice with the intention to support you to access sensual and orgasmic pleasure.
Yoga Nidra (which can be translated as yogic or conscious sleep) is an increasingly popular rest practice ~ you know, the lying down bit at the end of a yoga class, where you move your awareness around your body. At a minimum, Yoga Nidra is a chance for a good power nap but it also has huge capacity for all sorts of magical healing and transformation.
O Nidra has been developed through my interest in the similarities between the state of Yoga Nidra and states of Orgasmic pleasure ~ effortless, timeless, nourishing, restorative. O Nidra is intended for yoni owners (yoni is the Sanskrit word for the female genitalia) who identify as women and is accessible whether you are new to Yoga Nidra or an experienced Yoga Nidra practitioner, whether you have never had an orgasm or you can easily access orgasmic states.
